Software that fits your operation —
not the other way around.

There’s a gap in the software market between “good enough” consumer apps and enterprise platforms that cost five figures a year. MeridianCore lives in that gap — building professional-grade tools with the simplicity of a personal app.

Modular by Design
Each product is standalone. Use what you need, skip what you don’t. No forced bundling, no platform lock-in.
Privacy by Default
Local processing wherever possible. No telemetry. No accounts required to use core features. Your data stays yours.

Who uses MeridianCore tools

Real scenarios, real operators. Our products are built for the person actually doing the work — not their IT manager.

Independent Trainer
Small Business / Vocational
“I needed a way to run live quizzes during my sessions and actually track who’s keeping up — without paying for a full LMS I’d use 10% of. Waymark does exactly that, and I can import the SCORM content I already built in Canvas.”
Tool: Waymark
Content Creator
Twitch / Gaming
“Drops campaigns are time-intensive to manage manually. I’d miss claims, get raided off campaigns I wanted to stay on. TheMrLurker handles all of it in the background — I don’t even open Twitch anymore to manage it.”
Tool: TheMrLurker
Operations Manager
Small Business / Remote
“I write notes, draft emails, update documents constantly. Switching between my keyboard and a dictation app breaks my flow. KeySpeak is just a hotkey — I speak, it types. No accounts, no cloud, no interruption.”
Tool: KeySpeak
Facilitator & Instructor
Community College / Corporate
“The training tools at my institution are either outdated or locked behind IT tickets. I needed something I could run myself from my laptop during a session. Waymark gave me a fully functional delivery platform in the room within the hour.”

Built from real problems

Every MeridianCore product follows the same origin story: a real friction point, a missing tool, and a decision to build rather than settle.

Identify the Friction

Every product starts with a specific, recurring problem — not a market gap. We build when the existing options are genuinely bad, not just when we think we can do it slightly better.

Build the Right Tool

Minimal surface area. One tool, one problem, solved completely. No feature padding to justify a higher price point — just the solution, implemented well.

Own the Result

Tools that you self-host, run locally, or control completely. When we say privacy by default, we mean you can inspect every byte of data the software touches.

Questions? We’re here.

The professional middle ground describes the space between basic consumer apps (Google Docs, free-tier tools) and expensive enterprise software (Salesforce, Canvas, full LMS platforms). It’s where most small businesses, independent professionals, and growing teams actually live — and where the software options are often the worst. MeridianCore builds for this space specifically.
No. Each product is designed to be usable by the person with the problem — not a developer. TheMrLurker is a browser extension with a popup interface. KeySpeak is a hotkey. Waymark runs in a browser like any web app. Where self-hosting is an option, setup documentation walks through every step without assuming prior server knowledge.
By default, no. TheMrLurker runs entirely in your browser. KeySpeak processes voice locally on your device. Waymark is self-hostable on your own server — no cloud required for core functionality. Cloud deployment is an option where it makes sense, not a requirement.
An LMS (Learning Management System) is a full-scale platform — content authoring, compliance tracking, enterprise reporting, user management, API integrations — that costs hundreds to thousands of dollars per month and requires an administrator to manage. Waymark is a training delivery tool built for a single facilitator running a live session. It handles what happens in the room: live quizzing, scoring, roster tracking, and SCORM-compatible content display. No admin, no monthly subscription, no IT ticket required to change a question.
Waymark targets SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 (versions 3 and 4). These cover the vast majority of SCORM packages exported from Canvas, Moodle, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other common authoring tools. xAPI (Tin Can API) support is on the roadmap for a future release.
TheMrLurker automates session management for accounts used by their actual owner. It does not automate viewership fraud, fake account creation, or any engagement metric inflation. It manages background presence for drops farming in the same way a user would manually — it simply removes the need to keep a tab open and actively check for claims. Users are responsible for ensuring their usage complies with current platform terms.

Why Privacy-First Software Matters for Small Business

May 2026  ·  5 min read

Most software treats your data as a product. For small businesses that handle client information, training records, and operational data, that’s not a tradeoff — it’s a liability. The case for local-first tools.

The Hidden Cost of Enterprise Software Bloat

May 2026  ·  6 min read

It’s not just the subscription fee. It’s the training cost, the integration work, the admin overhead, and the features you pay for but never use. A breakdown of what bloat actually costs growing teams.
